Is GRV free to use?
Yes — public gameplay stays free: an account, public practice missions, the Daily Target, the forums and the public leaderboards cost nothing. Paid plans support private labs, university cohorts, exports, sponsored challenge boards, and enterprise communities.
Which plans can I buy online?
Pro Viewer ($19/mo) and Team Lab ($149/mo) will be self-serve: their checkout is built and switches on with GRV's Stripe keys. Until then, plan inquiries are reviewed by the GRV team — send one below.
What about University and Enterprise plans?
University Research Studio is $499/mo, and Enterprise, Sponsored, Data/API and Civic plans are custom. Their scoping is genuinely custom, so they stay inquiry-based — start with the request form on this page.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions run through Stripe. Self-serve plans activate automatically when Stripe confirms payment; inquiry-based plans are scoped and reviewed by the GRV team before anything is charged.
What is the refund policy?
Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; paid features stay active to the end of the billing period. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full, and Hire-a-Viewer escrow payments are refunded when a project does not start or deliver.
