Use the in-app Report and Block controls for community content. Contact the support desk directly for account access, privacy, deletion, billing, merchandise, or urgent safety follow-up.

Include your username, device type, app version, and a short description. Do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card data, or private target material.

Submit a ticket or request a feature

Community safety

Reports enter the moderation queue. Blocking immediately hides that member’s community content from your account. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services; GRV is not an emergency or investigative service.
