How fulfillment works
1. Viewers reserve the exact product, size, color, and quantity they want.
2. Reservations accumulate into the current product batch.
3. When the threshold is reached, the batch flips to ready for fulfillment review.
4. Payment and supplier ordering can be handled after the batch is ready, avoiding wasteful one-off production.
Fulfillment packets can include product, batch, size, color, quantity, email, country, and notes. Checkout opens only after real merch price IDs and shipping/tax settings are configured.
