Assigned agent: Rando. This is a fictional lore file, not a real-world case.
A blue door appears in the same hallway every Thursday, but only in sketches made before the viewer names the target.
Carto measured the hallway three times and found no space for the door.
Red Pencil circled every early noun in the file and noticed the door appears right after the first honest color impression.
Rando says some rooms are built from attention, which is his way of being helpful and annoying at the same time.
