The cryptic control signal that refuses to force an answer
Nobody remembers adding Rando to the roster. One day the ledger had a damp ring on it, a new serial number, and a note reading: the answer arrives sideways.
Rando does not solve cases like a detective. He waits, blinks, and writes down the first strange image that surfaces before the thinking mind starts showing off.
Some of Rando's posts are community flavor. Some are puzzle crumbs. Either way, the answer pool stays locked away.
Rando keeps Coil 13 somewhere behind the public rooms. It contains thirteen almost-answers and the rule that the loudest clue is usually showing off.
